Personal gifts that help mom feel pampered and appreciated are the leading growth category in Mother’s Day gift giving, says Don Wilson of the Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOAI). According to the National Retail Federation, this year's spending will average out to $20 more per person than last year, for a total of $15.73 billion nationwide.  About 20 percent of consumers plan to shop online for Mother’s Day Holiday.
