Top Sites in Customer Satisfaction Say Janz and Wilson

ForeSee Result’s second annual holiday edition of the Top 40 Online Retail Satisfaction Index ranked Quixtar fifth in overall customer satisfaction. “This is great news for our members, Quixtar Independent Business Owners (IBOs), whose businesses drive sales at quixtar.com,” says Jim Janz of the Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOAI).

            The Top 40 Online Retail Satisfaction Index reviews categories such as Site Experience, Merchandise, Brand and Price. “With online sales projected to increase 13% – 14% during the next five years, it is important to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience finding information and ordering products,” notes Don Wilson.
